BRITISH DEVELOPMENTS WINS 4 STAR AWARD
British Developments have been awarded the prestigious 4 Star Bentley Award after the company achieved the status of Best Bulgarian Estate Agent in 2005. The award, which was presented in London this month, come as recognition of the Company’s highly professional approach to client care, its high level of Integrity in real estate transactions and its meteoric rise as one of the Country’s largest totally independent Estate Agencies.
The annual contest is open to all companies working in the residential property industry around the world.
Bentleys highly distinguished panel of Judges chaired by Eric Pickles MP who is joined each year by a selection of property journalists, architects, interior designers and sponsors to judge the contest, scrutinized British Developments in numerous areas - staff capabilities, operating procedures, client testimonials and the legal and administrative functions of the business - before reaching their decision.
